This chart represents the number of homes sold for the 1st four months of the year back to 2006. The blue bar represents total homes sold and the red bar is total homes more than 1 million sold. This is for the Lake Norman area 13 sub area 2 which is the Brawley peninsula, The Langtree Peninsula and the 150 peninsula. It's nice to see tha market coming back this year as we have 92 sold vs 54 last year.
