For those 55 and older and looking for and active adult community the "Villages at Oak Tree" is where to look. Homes range in the $180-220k range and are under 2000 square feet. This is a community to the many parents who's sons or daughters relocated to mooresville and they followed. It's a neat community that we looked at for my 80 year old mother-in-law 6 years ago before we decided to build an in-law addition to our house.
