This 1.50 acre waterfront lot ((no dock)on the 11th hole of The Point Lake and Gold Club closed recently for $180,000. Originally listed at $249,900 by the Francis Team Keller Williams in Feb 2010, Crescent Realty brought the buyer. Tax value is $390,000. This lot in 2005 sold for $304,500. There are some good deals for buyers so take advantage, but do your homework.
