The company like many builders just never saw the real estate turn, this was a headline from Dec 2008, in the eye of the storm "Drop in new home construction not stopping Simonini builders". Guess the drop in people wanting to buy new home construction finally did stop them. Real estate is a supply/demand problem and this will be good news for the Charlotte market with less supply coming on.
