Simonini Builders shutting down because of 'catastrophic changes'

WOW! The Charlotte Observer just reported this (click here to read the full article) Might mark the turnaround in real estate as they didn't see the bubble bursting in 2007 either and didn't believe Ivy Zelman's reports about the real estate market being overpriced back then. Too bad, they built great homes and are the real deal in quality. Built many fine homes in The Point and most homeowners are proud they have a "Simonini home"
