The home sits on a very nice waterfront lot with terrific views and the lot was purchased back in 2005 for $525,000 by the seller, who is a custom home builder and the home was essentially a spec home.
We to see alot of activity in the very high end of Lake Norman real estate such as this one. This home was listed by my Keller Williams Lake Norman office as we continue being the most active buyer's or seller's agents for high end homes, especially in The Point.
