How's this for a great waterfront location in The Point. This home originally listed in January 2007 at $4,500,000 finally sold on June 4 for $2,825,000. The land was originally purchased for $1,350,000 in 2004 up from an earlier sale of $1,200,000 in 2002 and the owner hired Simonini to custom build his dream home of 7298 square feet, a sales price of $387 per sq feet. The owner moved back to florida in 2007 and had been trying to sell it since. Congrats to the buyer, it's one of the best lots in The Point without question.
